My Approach

You are the expert about yourself, and my role is to collaborate with you to determine how therapy can best meet your needs. I will work with you to create a plan for therapy that feels personalized and realistic, meeting you where you are today. You may be prepared to start working on self-growth for the next several years, or simply wish to schedule a few sessions to get through a tough moment in your life, and I am here to assist you in meeting those goals.

I draw from a variety of theoretical frameworks including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET).

Therapy is an investment, not just financially but also emotionally. In order for it to be most effective, I believe it is critical to find a therapist who is the right fit for you. Whether our work together lasts just one consultation call, or for several years, I applaud you for making these first steps towards committing to your wellness.
